We reserved our room a week in advance, and when we showed up we were told we did not have reservations. We were put in a smoking room when we asked for none smoking. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a bad smell and we had roaches in our room. It was a dirty place all around.

Service was slow at front desk,no one was available right away.you had to wait. Then female clerk was rude and disrespedtful Also the cleaning maids would skip our room in order not to clean. so I clean my own room.
